Like, REALLLLLY love them. Ask my spouse. Whenever we move, I have to purge some older T-shirts to make sure that I have room for new T-shirts from all the new places I know I will want to get them from.

If you are like me, and think that everyone should just wear T-shirts all the time *(And really, during COVID lockdown, didn't most of us?), then our latest fundraiser is just for you.

I realized that there are a lot of people who don't know our name. Even the families who have been coming to the center for years don't know that we are called Open Arms, or Open Arms Community. Many of them just know we are the place where Ms. Vickie was for 20 years, or Mr. Mark, or one of the many other dedicated volunteers.

So I have been looking for ways to get our name and our logo out in the community more. I have tried to make sure that it is on our newsletter and our social media pages regularly. But I also wanted to have a way for our name and logo to show up IN the COMMUNITY more as well. And that's when it came to me - T-shirts!

If you've ever been here to volunteer, or if you've ever sent us a donation of some kind. If you live in the neighborhood, if you've "been here, done that" we'd love for you to "buy the T-shirt" as a way to witness to the greater community about who we are and what we do.

We are partnering with Bonfire to produce some T-shirts for both adults and youth with our logo and moto on the front and our name and website on the back. Our hope is that anyone who is part of our larger Open Arms Community will purchase a shirt to support our ministry in the two-fold way of a small donation and a wearable advertisement for our ministry.

The shirts can be purchased here for English shirts or here for shirts in Spanish. Another great way to support our ministry is to purchase one of the youth shirts and send it to us as a donation. We will then give the shirt to one of the children in one of our programs so they can wear the shirt proudly and tell all their friends about the how much fun they have learning and growing at Open Arms.
